Finally the weather cooperated, and I had DH try this chainsaw. It doesn't cut! Tried everything. Don't know what to do. Sooooo disappointed.

Re: Sun Joe pole chainsaw TSV

Did you put the chain on properly - is it on backwards (upside down)?  Check your directions.  I have a Sun Joe and it works great - but I almost put the chain on backwards.  The "teeth" need to be on the outside.

I'll have DH check that out when he gets home. He put the chain on, I'm sure without reading the directions, LOL. Thanks for the advice!

Re: Sun Joe pole chainsaw TSV

I got the SunJoe and love it. I agree with the others about the chain. When my 17 year old grandson put it together he put the chain on wrong and it wouldn't cut. He reassembled it with the chain on correctly and it worked. He loved it. I now have all my trees and bushes cut back and my yard and patio look great.

Also, my grandson said to "rock" the blade when you cut. It makes it a lot easier.
