We have a very active birdseed feeding area.

Lots and lots of birdseed are consumed by birds, squirrels and rabbits.

This year was the first year that we noticed a baby squirrels hanging out at the birdfeeder. It was a tiny guy and we were surprised it was always by itself. WELL, right now 4 little squirrels and a Mom (I am guessing) are eating at the birdfeeder.

They are so tiny. But I am glad Mom showed the other 3 baby squirrels where the regular supply of birdseed is.

Hope more than 1 rabbit shows up. But the fox, hawk and cats seem to keep the rabbits numbers low.

@drizzellla I'm happy to hear that you have such a variety of visitors and provide enough food so all can eat!

I'm also pleased you welcome squirrels (as I do). Not everyone does and I never quite understood why.

I fear for our beautiful bunnies as well, they are so sweet and gentle.

@DSD2

I feel the same way when I see bunnies.  I feel worse when I no longer see them.
