Hi Everyone,
I need some advice/suggestions/website for info on planting or sprouting seeds for spring flowers. Usually I just go to Wal-Mart each Spring and purchase those flats of already blooming flowers, such as petunias and impatience and such. I cannot afford to do that this year, so I am thinking about putting some potting soil in a flat dish and purchasing some inexpenisve seeds and growing my own spring flowers. Is it time to do this? I live in Alabama and normally we don't get any freezes after April 15 (thats when I usually purchase plants and flowers). Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.
