Roberta's replacement process - has anyone else had a problem with them?

I ordered a lot of Roberta's plants last year and some have died. So I ordered my replacement places a few weeks ago, but I have not heard a word from them. Cottage Farms responded immediately and has already mailed my plants.

I was wondering if they just are slow at responding.

btw, I live in Texas so our spring has been in full swing for at least a month.
