I have a flowerbox mounted on the railing of my deck. This year it has been filled with pansies, which are doing very well. My problem is the numerous squirrels in my neighborhood who are using it as their playground. They dig in it endlessly. I had pansies in it last year too, but they left them alone. This year, they seem to find it fascinating. While I like to watch many of the squirrel antics, this is really becoming bothersome. Any suggestions?
