Mousiegirl, how beautiful!!! I think you are as bad as I am with hydrangeas. Don't know one I didn't love!

Our summer is so late that we still have lilacs in full bloom. Our hydrangeas are a long way from blooming.

Keep the pictures coming. Love that we can share garden photos!

My hydranges are beginning to change, so I cut some yesterday and they are drying in vases/pots of water.  They are beginning to change color on the bush because they have been blooming for so long, and maybe because the weather has been grey and cold this week, and though the sun returned today, still cooler and windy.

My favorite, changing color.  The blooms are huge, and different colors at the same time.  I will definitely cut these for drying.  I hope I can figure out the name of this one day.  I found the tag!  Souvenir de President Doumer
