From all garden lovers out there I need suggestions on good long lasting garden rugs. They should be able to withstand the harsh weather of our place. I have searched many sites. Thinking of going by surplus furnture, a furniture stores (http://www.surplusfurniture.com/en/calgary-north/accessories/area-rugs/1/). Are they reliable. I saw the pricing displayed. Anyone out there who has first hand experience availing their service?

Look into a company called Spicher Vinyl Floormats, they make vinyl floor coverings which would be great for outside.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Have you considered Q's outdoor rugs?  There are some nice ones, even some less than $30.  Search on Q for "outdoor rugs."

I have the Barbara King (M45605) outdoor mats by Patio Mats. I love them. They are soft, water runs right through, they don't stain, they don't fade. I've had mine for a couple of years & I love them.

I have had good luck with the garden "rugs" that I purchased from QVC.  I have ordered from the Grandin Road and Improvements in the past years as well. The Q's prices are more budget friendly. Veranda Living is one of the brands that I purchased. I've had mine for over five years and they still look nice. I leave them out all year round. I use the coconut broom to sweep the snow off them.
