I want to order a garden kneeler but there are dozens available on Amazon which makes it difficult to choose.  Has anyone purchased one that they would highly recommend or avoid?  I don't need all the tools that come with some of them.

@Wobin   I have one that looks like this, but w/out the tools.  It also turns over so you can kneel on it.  It has been a life saver for me because getting down to kneel was easy........it was getting back up!  The handles make it a cinch.  I got mine at Menards, but they are available most places.......enjoy!

@Wobin  I must have the same model that @Patriot3 has. I got it a few years ago at Tuesday Morning for about $20. I mostly use it to sit on while I plant my Sunpatiens in their flower pots every year. The side pocket's very convenient for tools and holding my phone while I'm outside planting my flowers. I also like the fact that it folds up so compactly for easy storage.

I have one like this except it has wheels on the bottom.  You turn it over with the wheels up to kneel.  Its very handy because I often put heavy things like bags of soil on it and roll it to where I want it.  I've had it about 30 years, still going strong.

Somehow I manage to topple backwards off a seat.

Perfer to just squat and then I can lift up to lean over.

Or at worst just fall back onto my backside.

I often just sit on one of those Home Depot or Lowe's buckets upside down.  Otherwise, I move around too much for a kneeler, so I bought some gardening knee pads.

Brillian Icegoddess!  I used one of these buckets today while pruning and fertilizing roses.  It is just the right height for me and was stable for me to get up and down.
