Easy pay first time buyer DJI phantom 4

I purchased the phantom 4 on easy pay of 6 payments I am excited yet haven't received the item I put it on my credit card I was approved for a Qvc card just have not gotten it yet. I checked the status of the order it says in process which I find odd being I paid overnight shipping and when I ask customer chat or call they say a department of finance will contact me today it's almost 3 pm and no one has called so it worries me another day will go by and it won't ship hate to pay and not get to play with the drone

Processing is very slow.  It doesnt pay to get the faster shipping.  Not here anyway.
