I live in the Pacific Northwest and it seems obvious we're going to have an early spring. We've had unusually warm weather for this time of year and already I see a few crocuses (one of my favorite flowers) popping their little heads up. And my ginko's buds are starting to swell...wow! A neighbor had his trees severly pruned last fall and I can't wait to see what happens when they start growing again.

I live in the Midwest and have seen the red winged blackbirds at my feeders. Usually they come at the beginning of spring. I don't think we are done with winter though.

Boy, I sure hope we're done with winter in the Southeast.  I've also noticed an abundance of birds about, some even starting to build nests inside our birdhouses.

I am in PA. It's been a pretty mild wet rainy winter.  We had about a week of hair raising cold, but our temps have been warm overall. We only had a few inches of snow.

We still have a while to go before spring, but my husband yelled for me to come and see a Robin outside our window about a week ago.  I wonder if he even left for warmer weather last fall or if he came back early.

I am looking forward to spring weather.  It can come early and there will be no complaints from me.

I always get excited to see the spring flowers and trees blooming.

In Colorado it can be Winter in the morning and Spring a couple hours later.

Have seen a 40 degree change in 20 minutes, pretty drastic.

As they say ski in the morning, golf in the afternoon an hour apart in distance.

I know we're not finished with winter.  A few inches of snow is forecast this week an hour west.  NC mountans.
