I have 2 Dwarf Bing cherry trees. I planted my Cottage Farm White peach tree about 6 ft. away and my Blueberry bushes about 10 ft. away from that. Will I have problems with cross pollination with what I've Done? If so now would be a good time to move them.

No they will not, BUT you should have 2 different types of blueberries, most do need a polinator.

2 varieties of blueberries iincrease yields of both.
You do need 2 kinds of apple trees to get apples on both. One apple tree will recognize itself as it's own and not produce apples. An old farmer's trick is to place a blooming crabapple branch or two into a blooming apple tree to get apples.
Not sure about peaches and cherry trees regarding the need for other varieties to get fruit. Google are cherry trees self pollinating? Do the same with peaches on google.

I know that citrus trees do cross pollinate.
