Cottage Farms/QVC ripoff!

During the presentations they went on and on about a 12 mo. guarantee. Three months ago we spent quite a bit on petunias and hydrangeas. Neither have done well at all. I called CS and obtained a refund - minus shipping because it's been more than 30 days! Shipping was considerable. The other alternative was waiting until NEXT YEAR and Cottage Farms would replace the plants. And I also would have to deal directly with Cottage Farms. Stuck between a rock and hard place, I took what refund I could get. Very disappointing. I will not order plants from QVC again.
