Cottage Farms High Shipping vs Roberta's

I am ordering up some last minute plants and Cottage Farms seems to charge roughly $11 to ship vs Roberta's $6 for about the same size plants. I have ordered from Cottage Farms last year and shipping wasn't that steep. Has anyone else noticed this and/or know why? It is really discouraging me from ordering from CF. Thanks.
