OK--congrats??  Mine are out all year--am in western WA state and have hummers all 12 months.

Hummingbirds don't show up in this area of southern WV until late April.

Mine have been up since early March here in S. central TX. Oddly, we expect a temp of 94 degrees tomorrow, with some reaching 100. What happened to spring? Blink and you will miss it.
