I bought this hydrangea from Girl Next Door this spring.  It arrived it great shape and is still looking healthy but no blooms.  If anyone bought one, have you got flowers?  It should have blossomed by now, not even any buds.

Re: Cherry-Go-Round Hydrangea

I don't think it's unusual for a new plant not to bloom. Some can take a couple of years. They prioritize strengthening their roots.

As long as it looks healthy I wouldn't worry.

@Etoile308

Those repeat bloomers were in my yard 3 years before I had a single bloom and now they are very scarce.  I am removing them and getting the smaller limelight.  I can't wait a half century for a prolific bloomer.

I’m disappointed because during the presentation it was stated that you will definitely get blooms this year. Well, better luck next year I guess,

That is why I buy from our local garden centers.  Would rather give them the money and you get to see exacdtly what you are buying.

@bargainsgirl  I agree with you, I buy from local garden centers, but I couldn't resist the color of this hydrangea.  Have never seen this.  Hope I see some flowers next year.
