That looks exactly like my Rose of Sharon bush. I have tons of little ones popping up underneath it. Can they be transplanted?

Yes, they can; but if its a hybrid, it may not come true to the original but to one of the parent plants.

I don't know too much about this shrub, my Dad gave it to me & there was no Gardeners information with it.
He is gone now so I would love to repot some of the off-spring.

Rose of Sharon. We had these at home when I was growing up. Ours were white.
