I have received some wonderful, helpful advice from the denizens of this forum about the care of my basil plants.
Now....I have beautiful, lovely plants. I am very attached to them, to a point where I have gone out to Trader Joe's and purchased basil because I couldn't stand the thought of culling leaves off my babies.
Unfortunately for my plants (not for me) the season will be changing: my question: When should I really start using these plants before they die off? How much longer do I have with them?
Thanks for any responses.
