The robins in England are just the cutest.

This one seems to have fluffed himself up.

The European Robin is so pretty.  I do love to see our robins looking around for worms after it rains.

 

The two robins are from two different families.  Here is what I found:

 

They are from different families of birds,

The American robin (Turdus migratorius) is a migratory songbird of the thrush family.It is named after the European robin because of its reddish-orange breast, though the two species are not closely related, with the European robin belonging to the Old World flycatcher family.
