A duster is a piece you could potentially wear a few times in the same week.

think cost per wear and the price for a duster, or a pair of jeans, is not nearly as 'egregious' as the same price for a top....

If I showed up a couple of times a week in this my Mom would tell me"go get dressed".  ( I take care of my Mom who isn't feeling well).

I love this....especially in the smoky purple.  I love that it is an empire cut as it is a more slimming silhouette especially on a tall person.  I also love LOGO's burnout velvet duster, but can't wear it due to the billowing out at the wrong place....if extremely thin I would be buying that in a heartbeat.  These dusters are special pieces and with jeans and a tee, can be a casual signature statement....creative, boho, textural.

that duster is super cute, and right up my alley. but..... not at that price.  i wouldn't wear that more than once or twice a month. lots of cute things like that at evine.  half the price

Logo is so overrated and so is the pricing.

Often unique pieces are more expensive and while it may not be worth it to some, others who love it will enjoy it. To them it is worth the price and it may not have anything to do with cost per wear.

@kittyloo

I have a similar Indigo thread piece and no I wouldn't wear it a couple of times a week but I was a lot more comfortable with the price! LOL

@phoenixbrd and yes it really does look cool over a pair of jeans

This piece is not at all attractive, extreme price. Who would wear this and where? Looks like lingerie from many years gone by.

I would put that over some slim ankle pants and a plain tee for a fun, casual night out. Or over a sleeveless sheath dress with some heels for date night.

I had to look.  This is not what I think of, when I think of duster.  To me, I think of a long BD duster in a dark grey; something I can wear when not quite ready for a coat.  This is not that IMO.  This is too unique to wear a few times a week.

I agree. I hadn't actually looked at the picture but was going off the description. I think of a duster as something you'll wear like a jacket...

@Andreatoosame here, I was picturing a BD or Lisa Rinna sweater-ish duster.
