Actually, I make all my gifts. This year is cookies, fudge and truffles.

We are cutting back on the quantity of gifts given, and trying to make them meet the "needs" category when necessary (for example my kid is only getting clothes and tires for his car this year). The amount of money isn't as under control as I'd like it to be, but we are getting better each year.
