What's wrong with all product videos?  They only run for a few seconds then freeze.  It wish the IT people for this website would correct this  problem.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem or is it just my computer?

I'm using a MacBook Pro (Safari) and I've save a lot of money this morning.  Why?  Because the pages freeze when I try to look at the color swatches.  Oh well, guess I didn't need those items anyway!!!!!

It has been happening to me over the last several weeks...you would think they could come up with a solution by now for this issue!

It is not just your computer...I have been having this problem for over 2 weeks. I have called...customer service will not transfer me to tech support, I have sent messages on this forum, posted on facebook, emailed...NO ONE has responded from QVC. I have been a customer for 25 years, and rely on videos for my Christmas and regular shopping...HELP! Smiley Sad

QVC still hasn't fixed the problem.  What's up with that???
