I hope the transaction is completed this time and I actually get to wear it. The best things will be that i will be paying almost $20 less for it the 2nd time around.

The tropical foliage is perfect for where you live, and based on photos you have shared, this top is you.  Outstanding with your leather.

 

I haven't had anything cancelled like that, but I did recently have a jewelry item that never progressed beyond " shipping information sent to post office".  QVC promptly refunded my money - the piece by then was sold out.
