slow shipping???

i ordered my mom a pair of Isaac pants over a week ago & they still say 'preparing your order'...is this the new 'normal' amount of time to ship?

I asked the same thing about HSN yesterday. My items are still "packaging" (for 4-5 days now).

It seems slow shipping is the norm now.

To answer your question, yes it's the new normal. Nobody knows what's going on and QVC offers no explanation. It's hurting them badly.

I have an order that is still "in processing" after seven days. I phoned QVC yesterday and was told there is a problem with shipping on the East Coast that is weather related (hurricane Erin?).

I have items that i purchased ovr 10 days ago and still in process or preparing your order... its ridiculous. I had an item ordered over a week or so ago when finally shipped says it wil arrive on the 27th that is almost 3 weeks time from order to supposed delivery.

No thought is worth thinking.....

Ordered 2 small items in same order on evening of Aug 18. Still sitting in "Preparing your order". I am not a fan of Amazon and only order from them if it is a dire necessity and have no other source. Called customer service yesterday to find out what hold up is and could not give reason. Told her Amazon is much bigger & busier company and they can get items out within 2 days into shipping so why is QVC so slow? Again no answer and my items are still "preparing to ship" on 5th day.
