Now I know there has been some discussion about return and/ or shipping in general to/from here---but OHMYgosh-----I returned an item this past Tuesday afternoon, via the USPS blue box---and already got my return posted to my account!!!!!  Not sure where it went to--I am near Seattle--but have NEVER----had such a speedy return!!! AMAZING!!!

Same with me.  I returned mine several days ago.  I was notified a refund was going to issued to me. I don't return a lot, but this return was for a mix up.  I received someone else's item.

On some returns they're issuing the refund as soon as they're notified that it's been scanned by the shipper - either UPS or USPS.  I've had it done with USPS not sure about UPS.

yall r blessed and lucky. they stole from me..i paid in full too..now i am weary about ordering anything from them. sometimes i will run across a review on here or hsn that states they didnt get their money back either..i guess they steal what they want to steal..yall must have had easy pay whereas i paid in full..

I know for a fact that one of the moderators responded to you on another thread where you claimed this.

Either put up, provide proof or stop.  Contact that moderator and work it out or quit making a libelous statement with nothing to back it up.

@Barbara-QVC - You responded to this poster on another thread, yet she's still making these claims of QVC stealing from her.  It needs to stop.

@rochelleS --it's a big blue mailbox that is placed on various streets to put in mail and/or packages then USPS comes and picks it up during the day.
