in the A16749 video for kim's beach pants she mentions the top she is wearing...she said it would be presented in the show last night but it wasn't...she is also wearing it in a recent post on her instagram

@alohakz Saw some of that show.  I knew I wasn't buying, but if I had any use for more tops, that one could have come to my house.  It may have sold out???   Lots of Kim always seems to.

I looked at the top on IG. it appears to be a cap-sleeve tee with ladder-stitch on the shoulder seams. I looked for it on QVC dot com and couldn't find anything that looked like that tee.
