The cold shoulder isn't going away on the q. A couple of the lines have them in their spring lineup.

All this apparel was ordered last year for Spring 2017, guess somebody didn't get the message. They can keep everything.

it isnt just qvc.......check out other retailers......for example, nordstrom has 400+ cold shoulder tops, 300+ dresses on their website. i have also seen them in their stores.

The cold shoulder is every where, but it is not a look for me. I am loving the ruffle sleeves and bought a couple but I know they will be dated so I am buying just fun pieces not pricey.
