Ladies: I have never ordered anything from Joan Rivers and am not sure about the sizing.

My problem is I am sort of in between a Large and an XL. With D&C and Susan G I am almost always a large, for Liz and Issac I am usually an XL. Perhaps because I like a slightly roomier fit, which D&C and many of Susan's tops naturally have?

If any of you order from more than one of these lines and Joan's, what would you suggest for the TSV jacket?

I am hoping it will be a mid/late fall transition jacket before it's time to get out the winter parka, so want to wear it over sweaters.

Thank you.

I just received this jacket today. I would recommend that you go with the larger size if your fullness is in the back, arms and bust. It fits fine if you are wearing light weight clothes under it, but if you want to wear heavier garments under it, I would go with the larger size. If you are well proportioned, or have thinner arms and back, it will fit just fine in your regular size because it has some extra room. I always check the click here size to check the measurements as they are much more reliable. Hope this helps those who plan to purchase it even if it's no longer a TSV. It is a very nice light weight jacket.

Go with the XL. Joans clothes are one size up from Susan Graver. I am an XS in Susan Graver and a small in Joans.

I appreciate the information you all have provided. I ordered Joan's jacket in a Medium, but was debating about the Small. I've never ordered from her before, so I don't know how her sizing runs. It sounds like I made the right decision from what you've said -- I'm usually a Small in SG tops (a Medium in a heavier coat) and I did check the click here measurements, so I'm hoping I ordered the right one. I would probably be wearing lighter weight tops underneath. Thanks for the info.
