It probably won't be until October. They have been pretty consistent over the past two years of offering free shipping days in April, July, and October. When it came closer Christmas last year, they had sporadic flash free shipping events. Occasionally, they also have free shipping on food/kitchen items on their Now Your Cooking Days.

 

In addition to the consistent 3 months listed above, last year there was also a free shipping day in December. And this year free shipping was also offered on President's Day and 2 days in April.
