ebay/paypal ?

I sold an item and buyer paid right away and I shipped same day,but paypal is holding the funds for 17 days! Rather ridiculous, I've sold and bought alot and my feedback is 100 percent. I've never had this happen before. buyer has received and left positive feedback. Why is PP holding my money?
