discrepancies on sizing charts... confusing!!

They have the normal QVC size chart- and then below the explanation of the garment- you can click on and get more detailed size info. They are totally different!! One chart says I would buy a size medium-but, then the click on size info says I should buy size xtra small???? What do I go by??
