There isn't an age in my book for wearing belly baring tops unless you are at the beach. Showing tummy can make a 12-yr old look like she's trying to be too se xy beyond her years (see the little girl in the photo above), and can take a grown woman from glam to tramp in a heartbeat. I don't even want to touch the shape of the stomachs.

Unless you're on the beach and/or under the age of six, tummy-baring cuts aren't a good look for anyone, IMO. Just not ladylike or discreet.
