I'm just now looking into them. I have 8 grandchildren and send them things all of the time.
I've been thinking about sending my granddaughter and grandson some more dress up clothes and some larger items.
I'm concerned about the shipping costs. I would have thought their shipping would be free to compete with other on line shippers.
I am also concerned about the length of time the shipping takes.
When I order from QVC I get it sometimes the next day. Although lately I've noticed QVC shipping taking noticeable longer.
It seems that most people are relatively happy with their orders being filled.
I guess I mainly have to decide if I don't mind waiting a long time for something. That, and the shipping fees seem archaic to me these days.

I'm glad someone posted this thread. I ordered 2 pair of leggings and a tunic top, I then qualified for free shipping! But I didn't pay more than $80. Great prices, I hope the quality is good. This is the first time I shopped there.
I must say their leggings ran small. I'm usually a 4-6, that was considered large. Guess they're made for the skinny models. Or maybe the brand ran small.
ETA: I didn't know things were not returnable. That's a dealbreaker for me too, unfortunately, it's too late, I already ordered.
Hmmm, this thread was bumping up from 2014.

@ECBG I live in Northern Va. I am not exaggerating! It doesn't always happen but it's happend several times. I guess it's because they have a distribution center in lower Va (not very far from me, I don't know).
I do have to admit though lately it's taken maybe 3 or so days to get things. I just recently started noticing it. It almost never takes longer than that.

NAT: I used to order clothing, shoes and toys for my grandchildren. No more. The past two seasons, it seems, their clothing came from Dollar Tree, shapeless and sizeless, just a big tent and the colors were not as represented. Boots that I ordered for my granddaughter that were same price at Dillard's, were very cheaply made. No, after a few years, I am finished with them.
P.S. It always took weeks for my merchandise and I live in the Continental USA. It takes 1-3 days for Amazon, even at Christmas but this business of weeks to deliver stuff that should have been put in the "send to Sub Sahara for relief efforts..." No, finished with them too.

@ECBG Bugger! I'd have been happy to meet up with you. I love meeting new people. If you ever get to the DC area I'd meet you but ........(here's something a lot of people don't know)......many people who live in Virginia do not drive in DC. Yepper, you have no idea how many genuine Va's never drive in DC (don't want any part of DC). I'd meet you anywhere though. Take a trip up our way in the Spring.
Spring in DC is amazing! Just amazing! Stay right outside of DC maybe 20 minutes away and it isn't expensive. You can ride the metro into town and see everything then get out of DC easily (before rush hour). Ha!
I gave lori lori my email address and she and I correspond every now and then. She is pretty busy with family stuff so it's not a lot but she knows I care about her and her mom (just us talkin').
If you can figure out a way let me know. I belong to FB but haven't posted in awhile.

@Annabellethecat66*****Well girl, I'd love to! And if you ever get my way, we live about fifteen or twent minutes from Biltmore House and I am the great grandaughter of the master carpenter of Biltmore. We should be able to meet up in the middle, though! This summer, maybe late July or August? I'll check Google earth.!
(Oh, I guess you never found my post to you a week ago. It was after one of your fantastic discussions where you said "What does an old woman know blah, blah, blah!")
Maybe we can exchange email? I don't know how some of the posters (Lola, Bird, I believe and some others, but they did).
Hugs!

My neighbor ordered some tops and thought the quality was nice, but the length of time to get the items was excessive. I don't know the brand she bought but she said she found prices to be pretty consistent with every place else certainly not cheaper. I have looked but have never ordered anything from them.
