@tbird   I've mostly purchased name brands I already know.  I've been very happy with them in every way.

Fly London

Puma

Ugg

Ryka

Birkenstock

Wacoal

Miz Mooz

NYDJ

Laura Geller

Le Creuset

Staub

Sorry, I haven't purchased any dresses, so I'm not much help.

I've only ordered two dresses but many other clothing orders from Zulily. They were good and I've enjoyed them.

@tbird   I've found that many garments sold on Zulily are made by contractors in China are are almost all a lesser quality polyester fabric and are cheaply made and don't fit well.  No, I haven't been pleased with them, maybe wore them once before depositing in the donation bag.

I pretty much quit buying things there as they've lost many of their good vendors, just a couple pairs of shoes in the past year.  When buying, I'd stick with name brands and stay away from clothing.

@tbird  I second the experience/advice from@Kachina624 and as others have said.

Stick to name brands in any sort of clothing at Zulily and other online sites.  Search the manufacturer's name and reviews online before buying and you'll quickly find out if you want to purchase.

Definitely avoid the materials and different/weird/smaller sizing of the Chinese--unknown names--purveyors.

Those items work for Halloween costume type pieces.  I bought an inexpensive black lace long dress from a Chinese manufacturer and it is fabulous for that use.

I love Zulily, they are my go to for summer dresses and clothing for my two youngest granddaughters. I've also bought Gloria Vanderbilt jeans that fit beautifully. I have about five lounge wear outfits as well that are good fabrics. They have quite a few items that are sold on QVC and HSN.

Other items that I buy from them:

shoes/sandals

handbags

silver jewelry

bath towels

comforters

beauty items

toys

houseplants

kitchen items

Try to stick with brands you know. I get my sketchers, clarks, uggs and just bought a DKNY top from them. Kerstin is a big fan of Zuilly.

I do not buy their clothes unless they are recognized name brands. I've received items made from the flimsiest, scratchiest poly fabric, armholes and sleeves at least 2 sizes too small for the garment and a pair of shoes that stunk so badly of chemicals, after airing them outside for a week I had to chuck out.
A big no for me.
