Leah's show? PJs, joggers, etc. I'm waiting for the heavy sweaters and coats. Lol. We have 95 here today and heat index of 105 tomorrow!!! Just can't look at winter clothing yet!

Hi all still hanging in there trying to enjoy the last few weeks of Summer at the pool, my hubby is really enjoying his lap swimming. We are having trouble finding a contractor for our home repairs. I had a recommendation of a great person, all sounded fine we got an architect drawing but we our development needed copies of licenses and insurance from all the people that work for her she wanted to charge us an addition 2500 per person, so we are back in the search mode again. We are now looking at a Spring 2024 reno, which will mean we will spend the entire month at a remote location, its difficult to live with out a bathroom.

Leah is doing this show this morning but she also said "chat with Stacey", she's on some social media somewhere - fb maybe, I don't know. But this is what they reduced Stacey to doing on this show?  Bad idea and quite demoted if you ask me.  "oh there she is" - I'd be p*ssed off if I were Stacey. I just do not at all think this is necessary to have another show host doing this - and a great one.

Anyway, we here last weekend talked about loafers being really hot this upcoming season. I had to add a few to my shoe collection. Found 3 pr that arrived yesterday from amazon. I bought a black faux leather, a great red faus suede with a think gold bar across the top, and a british tan with a thin gold bar across the top. They all are GREAT - look good on my feet and feel great on too! Can't wait to start wearing these.

Last season or maybe two I bought 3 pr printed tweed-like flats all by skechers on amazon too. Love these as well, look great with demins, feel good are wearing well too.

Do not like this look Leah has going on this AM, I do not like the really short sleeved vest. I think this look with short sleeves is redundent, serves no purpose, is not going to keep you warm at all!!! I like Dennis Basso and most of what he does but not this vest. Holy cow, look at that price tag - RUKiddingME???

I do love the new denim jacket that over on hsn this morning by Diane Gilman, great colors, really cool design on the sleeves, $79 with everything on FREE s/h for the day.

Guess they had to do that here too, tokeep up today with hsn.

@PINKdogWOOD   Just my opinion, but anyone demoted to Q2 is the kiss of death. I never watch Q2. It's not in HD here and we're asked to look up colors of clothing ourselves so would have to watch w/computer. What?!?!

I think one QVC is all that's needed especially in their financial situation.

@FranandZoe   Martha Stewert did the same short sleeve puffer coat when she was on Q. Anyone remember it? One of the colors was a golden/green that I've seen her still wears in other appearances...her farm show, a cooking show, etc.
