Does almost everything these days on the Q have to have hoods?  Don't see that many hoods, some yes but not almost everything, in emails/catalogs I get from other successful, nice retailers with good prices and quality.

I have long hair so I hate hoods.  They make my hair knot in the back and look a mess.

Sometimes they come in handy if it's real windy or

sprinkling rain.

I have trouble making them lay down properly in the

back.

I'm wearing a zip up fleece hoodie now. It's great for walking the dog when it's cold, windy, or raining.

I like a hood, when it fits.  I have a lot of hair and a big head. It is hard to find a decent hood that is actually covering the whole front of my head. Same goes for sports caps and those fitted hats. Anyway, I am cold a lot so I like to have the option for the hood.

@just wonder.  I agree; they're rarely used and look extremely unattractive with wrong-side-out draped down the back.   I only have a couple on sweat shirts and I've never actually used the hood.  It's impossible to arrange the hood neatly after putting the top on.

I don't own anything with a hood.  Not my style.

Hey @Kachina624  that's because it never rains

over there.

I like them  but I agree it's hard to get the hood to stay flat on your back.  I have a bunch of hoodies but I rarely wear a hood.

I think the only thing that has a hood is my parka.

Walking around NYC on cold windy days ... you need a hood.  ( I've lost hats on windy days.)
