Why does QVC think that ........

just because they put spandex in a product that it should be made 3" smaller than the people's body measurements and be stretched out to wear them. personally I do not consider skin tight pants to be a flattering look on most women. As a matter of fact IMO it is a hot mess.

You can always buy a larger size if you think the measurements for your normal size is too small.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

Re: Why does QVC think that ........

This is hardly unique to QVC. All of the fashions I see in stores and advertisements seem tight to me, particularly the pants (skinny jeans, etc.) I get told every day that I wear my clothes too loose, and store clerks always want me to drop down a size or two. It's just what's in fashion at the moment. I'm hoping we move past the "skinny" phase and get back to a more relaxed fit on clothing. Until then, I'll just have to go with the size I feel looks best on me.

If I buy them to fit the hips as I would like the waist would be huge.

I think the models wear a size smaller than they should at times.
