I once had the same train of thought, SnarkyLips. Then I realized I spend very little time in 90 degree weather. I am mostly in an air-conditioned environment. Not to mention that many of my clothes look better when layered a little, including my maxie dresses that look good with a short sleeve shrug.

I work in an office where it is very, very cold. Need an extra layer even during the summer.
