Courtney K is an excellent new host IMO. She's professional, prepared and well spoken, Seems to have paid attention during her training and put what she learned into practice. Keep watching her in other shows. She was doing her best, in spite of having to work with QVC's "jewelry expert". Keep watching her; she's much better on her own or with a vendor.

I agree that she is a very good host, speaks well, is not loud,she is very pleasant but does not overtalk.  I enjoy her with the fashion programs.
