The only factor that will change presentations is a reduction in sales.

Sales are monitored to the SECOND....phrases are evaluated for success in sales.

"Monied", "Mothers Day present", "Madison Avenue", "Hamptons", "lunch with girlfriends" - these phrases all increase sales - which is why they are repeated over & over.

Don't buy when you hear something you don't like or see something you object to.

That is the bottom line!

Bingo!!!

Why would two people having fun bother anyone?

I don't watch the person who spouts Madison Ave., the Hamptons, monied, ladies who lunch. Does she really think everyone is like her. How vain.

I was trying to watch Pat & Jayne this am. I had ENOUGH of their endless laughter & chatter about nothing. I started (once again) to send a complaint to CS.... Instead I saw the "chat live" feature. I decided to try this. I typed in my complaint & also said that the forums are full of complaints on this subject. the "chat person" replied for others to also send complaints to live chat. PLEASE,PLEASE send your complaints!!!!! Even IF nothing is done, at least we tried!! I say they don't know unless they hear it from us. PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! You may not complain about Pat & Jayne, but I know there are complaints out there ladies!!

I just have to wonder what your desired result is by asking everyone to PLEASE, PLEASE send in your complaints. What do you want QVC to do about it? Do you want them to eliminate the morning show? Change hosts? Fire one or both hosts?

This is not about YOU, it's about everyone else. If it bothers you too much to watch, as it does me, do what I do...don't watch but don't spoil it for those who enjoy it. On this great holiday - Independence Day - exercise your independence and don't watch.

Geez ...Just don't watch duh! I think LR is over rated, I find Shawn annoying, I could go on and on. Do I have the right to tell QVC what to do? No!! I don't watch them. I watch for products as was said above not to be entertained. I don't care for the clothes shown on HSN so I don't watch. The same can be said for stores or catalogs I receive if I like buy, if not I ignore. It's that simple. Let's state the obvious we all don't like the same but to dictate to others come on.

Re: Where to send complaints....read on.....

Those who have most complaints about the hosts/vendors are just a very tiny percentage of the actual posters her and viewers who actually are buying and not depending on a shopping channel to change everything to suit them.

Re: Where to send complaints....read on.....

A very simple answer. A no brainer. Don't watch. I don't like reality shows so I don't watch. They would not have been in business for 25 years if people didn't watch. These type of complaints are just foolish.

I know this is too easy, but if I really want the info on a product, I look it up on the .com

Seriously, if you don't like it don't watch. It is an easy fix.

The chatter is the style of the show & many enjoy it. It is really not all just for you.

I agree...it isn't all about me, but for awhile there were daily complaints about their endless chatter & nonsense on these forums. I usually don't watch, but today I saw something I was interested in, couldn't get anything for Pat's school girl giggle. I am all for having fun, but their JOB is to give details & info, & they are definately NOT giving them. Sorry if some of you don't get it. AND yes, I do turn them OFF when it gets so ridicilous I can't stand it, which is regularly.Smile

Bravo! You take the words out of my mouth!

I've been thinking about this and decided that what annoys me with these two is that they come across as rude! It is if they are snickering behind our backs and making fun of the clothes they're trying to sell. They act like they're laughing at their own "in" jokes and it is as bad as people speaking a foreign language when you know they can speak English but do not so as to keep you from knowing what they're talking about.

I can hear one of them whispering to the other..."omg, I wouldn't be caught dead in this." I really don't get what THEY find so funny. If I went into any store and was waiting for the salesperson to explain something or answer a question and they just ignored me and continued their personal non-work related convo, I'd just walk right out which is what we do when we tune out.

Pat and Jayne come across as immature and unintelligent when they're together. I like Pat alone or when she's with others besides Jayne. I also quit caring for Jayne after hearing her make some rather crude and crass remarks and once she said something about carrying her booze around in a flask IIRC. This was some time ago so I can't be certain but it was a totally unprofessional and ignorant remark that was absolutely out-of-place. I think she was doing a lot of complaining about allergies and having no tissues or hankies at the time as well so it was just so disgusting, I started not watching the two of them together.

Re: Where to send complaints....read on.....

I watch it because of the chatter. I am not usually interested in the products so much. Of all the paired hosts, they are the least annoying in my opinion.
