Not surprised he's gone. I can't imagine anyone under the age of 65 wearing his or Mackie's clothing.

Here, here I agree. I ran into a vendor who is currently with QVC and she said of all the vendors they were THE MOST LIKED.  She said they are a class act and really GREAT gentlemen to all at QVC.

I loved watching his shows but never bought from him for some reason.  He is a wonderful soul.  I wish him the very best.

I feel the same. He is a lovely, interesting man, but his clothes just weren't my style. Same with Bob Mackie.  I understand both of these men had a special niche in the QVC line up.  I suspect there weren't enough people in this niche to justify keeping the designs in inventory.

We are not all 30 and younger. Mr. Simonton brought us style, quality, and not fads. He is known at QVC for being so considerate, and kind. Miss him.
