I just bought these two dresses to take with me on a vacation with DH. I will be doing some walking, so I need something comfortable but I also want them to be stylish. The weather is being predicted as sunny and in the 80's so preferably, no closed-toed shoes and nothing with a heel higher than 2.5". TIA!

It's summer and both dresses are casual. I'd wear flat sandals.

Cute dresses! I've learned my lesson many years ago, whether it's standing, some/lot of walking. If your feet hurt, your whole body hurts. I suggest a very comfortable pair of shoes. I've found that with Skechers and with wearing right out of the box too, no breaking in! I have a few pairs of the Skechers goWalk 2 and 3 both are the Supersock. The most comfortable shoes ever, and they come in lots of pretty summer colors as well. I bought mine through Amazon. I think they will look cute with the both dresses.

I would definitely wear a cute flat shoe that is comfortable for walking. It will look good and you will be glad you did it. A strappy sandal would be really cute but the straps might start to cause friction burns if you walk a lot in them. Both dresses are cute!

Cute dresses! I find Birkenstocks to be the comfiest sandal especially the Gizeh style. Or Easy Spirit backless sneakers - style is Traveltime.
I could never figure out how to post pictures here - sorry.

I would probably wear a low heel wedge in a neutral color, i.e. straw color.

I do not wear sneakers or Mary Jane shoes for long periods of time as sneakers cause my feet to sweat (I have always had very hot feet opposed to most who have cold feet) and Mary Jane's rub my bunion, so I wear sandals at any opportunity but if you could comfortably wear either of the above, they would be cute. I, personally, would opt for a good pair of Naot sandals. No ankle straps for me as my feet tend to come out of them after a few steps and I have a shoe flapping around my ankle and bare feet. I can wear thongs if they are of good quality but I prefer a plain sandal without a lot of straps. There are some very attractive ones on sale at 6 p.m. and probably beautiful, good quality at Zappos.
For those not aware, Zappo's and Amazon are under same umbrella/management.
