I clicked on each of them to view them more closely and I voted for Susan's dress.  DB was second for me.  Louis' was last.  I just don't care for that at all.

I liked Louis' design but it was too mature for Meghan and it didn't seem her style at all. Now for me, that's something I probably would wear if I was getting married. Susan's sketch probably seems more in tune with the styles we've seen her in, so that would get my vote.
