Re: Wedding Dress Sketches Featured on London Sweepstakes page

I love the design of Susan's gown ... but will they allow no sleeves in

Westminster Abbey ??   Also ... just my opion .. I have to have a veil.

but I aslo love the dress by Gary Goben ....As I am typing this .. maybe

I do like the Gary better ....

won't be long and we will see what the actual dress looks like ....

The reason i do not like Dennis's dress is I picture Magin in a more

form fitting silhouette ...

Rumor is that Meghan is wearing a very ornate more traditional gown for the wedding, and a more form fitting dress for the reception.

The wedding isn't in Westminster Abbey, it's in St George's Chapel.

I tried to click on one of the designs, to get a better look. It wanted me to vote for that dress ,and wouldn't allow me to look at the others

I don't think the sketches were all that easy to look at, without enlarging them

I would vote for the Dennis Basso sketch for the ceremony, and the Gary sketch for the reception-minus the veil.

Meghan's dress is costing over half million dollars, somewhere between $550,000 and $700,000 (almost twice the price as Kate's) and one has to wonder if she is not wearing a traditional gown of white and long veil, what could possibly cost that much?  Will it be diamond-laden?  There have been some like that in the past, though not in England.

I can't believe I'm saying this but...I vote for Susan Graver's dress.

It is modern, sleek and sophisticated so perfect for a lovely summer evening wedding event.

I voted for the dress that Gary designed.  I think because it is sophisticated and modern and not "frou frou".
