Was Jenna's top torn?

I caught about 30 seconds of the Breezies presentation during "Let's Accessorize".  She was modeling a bra under a fine gauge knit top.  It looked like the ruffle or additional fabric across the bottom was torn about 3 inches fromt the main piece.  Anyone else see this?
