Vanity sizing gone crazy!

With a 24" waist I'm sized off the left side of the QVC size charts. I wear a Nicole Miller *size 4* (not 0 or 2), but QVC's 00 is too big. I believe this is so people who wear an XL can order a Medium or Large. That's OK, except what do truly small people do when XS is two sizes too big? I've talked to QVC Customer Service about this and all I got for support was, "You're lucky to be slender, you should be happy." Well, yeah, but I'm not happy to see clothes I'd like to buy but know they won't fit. Anyone else a REAL size 2 or 4 who can't buy QVC clothes? Make your frustration known! They have lopped off the entire slender population from their size chart!! A 26" waist should be a 6, not a 00.
