Hi all.  I think the model/teeanger looks adorable.  It's a look for the very young.

Anyone remember tube tops when we were younger? lol.

This is a high class version of them.  Everything old is new again.

Ahhhhh to be 20 again.

I saw a similar outfit in Marshalls by Jason Wu. It was the blue tweed in a blazer and matching short shorts.

On a tiny woman it would look adorable.
