I'm aware how it works.  I've been shopping QVC since the mid 90's.  The final order page showed zero shipping.  I even looked at my receipt which also showed zero shipping.  I don't think you were paying attention to my original post.

If there was truly an error they can correct it...OR ...explain the reasoning to you.

 

I have never read anyone ever having no shipping listed, then all of a sudden, shipping added.
