Does anyone have UGG boots?

Or the sister brand?

Are they comfy?

Easy to put on and take off?

Did you have to size up?

I would wear medium weight socks. with them...

Thanks...

I have several pair of Uggs. I had to size up from 7.5 to an 8.

They are soft and comfy. Give them a try.

I have several pairs of Ugg boots.  Some zippered, some pull on. I always go up 1/2 size, especially the pull on styles.  I also have one pair of Koolbarra.

I still have my first pair purchased - a light blue with matching fur.  They have to be 40 years old!  Got them at Saks Off Fifth.  I've re-glued the bottoms a few times, but I'm not letting them go!

By the way, they are not meant to be worn with socks.

Love my Uggs.  No knock offs and fake sherpa for me.  Have different heights.  Easy on and off, I go up 1/2 size.  NO socks ever!!!!  Natural  wool lining keeps feet warm and dry.

I have one pair of Uggs and several other brands in that same style.  They keep my feet nice and warm, especially the Uggs with 100% wool lining.  However I don't find any boots that style to be very comfortable.  They have flat insoles, no arch support, and on me the medium width is a little wide and my foot shifts around.  I'd never wear them taking a walk.

Hi, @Neversaynever3dogs !

I bought my first pairs of Ugg boots from Bon Mayr in Kansas City, KS when I lived there 2010-2012.  At the time I was a solid size 8 but was advised to buy size 7, so I did.  After all these years, I wore through the toe on them, my foot having expanded now to at least 8.5 W.  In 2020, Costco had them on sale and I bought size 8 in camel and black and both fit my larger feet well.  I don't think the footbed is as plush but I also don't know if the Costco version is "dumded-down" to meet a lower price point.  Still, I'm happy with the new ones even without arch support.

@Neversaynever3dogs Love my UGGs!  My daughter and her kids love them too.  I have a high in step so I found the lower height ones harder to put on but other than that they are heaven on cold days. To the people who need boots/shoes with support these would not be for you obviously.  I love their slippers as well.  I generally get a pair when I do buy them at the end of winter when there is most likely to be a sale.  Never ever wear them with socks.  You can get new inserts on Amazon if you need more warmth or feel the fur isn't fluffy enough any more.  I always take a size eight in these.  I do have several pairs of Bear Paws and like those too.

I have 4 pairs of UGG boots and I love them!  They are soft, cozy, warm, and SO easy to take on and off.  The only exception to this is a black pair I own that has a sweater knit-like fabric for the calf.  That one is difficult to take on and off and I don't wear them that often.

If you get the classic UGGs or the Bailey Buttons, they will be easiest to take on and off.  However, the sole is somewhat heavy/clunky.  They don't have the light feel that a sneaker would have.

Yes, I would size up in them.

I have several pairs of UGG boots because the wool fleece keeps my feet warm in my Wisconsin winters.  I am an outdoor enthusiast, even in winter, so I need the proper clothes.  The faux fleece does not perform like real wool.  I also have UGG wool lined suade slippers and wool lined leather mittens.  For me, the UGG products are worth the money.  Secondly, I just want to mention that the UGG's are not my first choice if I must walk on smooth ice packed snow or icy sidewalks or parking lots.  I have slipped more than once in my UGGS because of the flat bottom tred design so I switch to a boot with good tred, like a lace up rubber bottom Eddie Bauer.  And, I always size up a half.  If you want these boots more for fashion than warmth, then maybe socks and faux fleece will do just fine for your purposes.

@Tshirtgal

That is such a great point!

Classic UGGs are not meant in any way for walking in snow, ice, or slippery situations.  In fact, I'd walk in my sneakers before I'd take a chance in my UGGs.  Believe me, I learned the hard way.
