yep.  Her clothing is ill-fitting and her faux tan is very orange, she's too pretty to look that way.

The meaning is quite clear - Beth ( who ever that is) appears to this viewer to be wearing clothes in a x small that seem to be to tight. Not brain surgery.

I have NO idea who "Beth" is...

BUT...most of the models wear their pants TOO TIGHT.   

They pull around the crotch...and the pant legs are creased all the way to the floor.     I wouldn't be caught dead in public looking like that...
