Exactly! It always feels colder than the actual temperature this time of year because of the wind.

What are your tips for doing that?

 

And in the summer I can only stand AC for short amounts of time, after about 10 minutes I usually get cold again! 

 

This morning was in the mid 40s when I went to work so I was totally bundled up, can't say many others were though!

I saw people in flip flops today too! Meanwhile I was wearing my winter boots.
